Our story
We got tired of good work that did not move anything
Perfomint started because we kept watching beautiful projects fail commercially. The strategy was sound, the design was strong, and nobody had connected either one to a number the business actually cared about.
So we built a team where those disciplines sit in the same room. Positioning informs the interface. The interface informs the campaign. The campaign reports back and changes both.
How we got here
2019
Started as two people doing positioning work for early-stage founders.
2021
Added design and engineering so strategy could actually ship.
2023
Brought growth in-house after too many good sites underperformed on bad campaigns.
2026
Four disciplines, one team, still deliberately small.

Say the hard thing early
If the brief points at the wrong problem, we will tell you in week one rather than bill you for five months of the wrong work.
