These terms govern your use of the Perfomint website and the free tools published on it. By using the site you accept them. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.
Using this site
You may read, share and reference anything published here. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors;
- submit the contact form for unsolicited sales or bulk messaging;
- republish our written content as your own.
Free tools
The ROI calculator and site audit are provided for general guidance. Their outputs are estimates based on the inputs you supply and third-party data. They are not financial, technical or legal advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy. Do not make a material business decision on the basis of a free tool alone.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code and brand assets — belongs to Perfomint unless stated otherwise. Client work shown in case studies remains the property of the respective client and is displayed with permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it, including the free tools, without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfomint is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites where useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
